  Early on the morning of the 4th, local time, Shen Shikang, the first Chinese mayor of Alhambra, current mayor Ross Maza, municipal manager Jessica Binnquist, and the head of the testing center, Aman. Armen Vartanian and physician Angelique Campen came to the test site near the Alhambra City Hall.

  According to Shen Shikang, this new test point is part of the Alhambra City ’s cooperation with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to combat the new crown epidemic. The city government has spent US $ 300,000 in federal HUD funds from now until May 29. Free testing is provided for symptomatic or high-risk groups over 65 years of age and other eligible local residents.   Shen Shikang said that at present, the Los Angeles County Government has set up two new coronary pneumonia virus detection points in East Los Angeles and El Monte. The testing site opened in the city of Alhambra is the first new coronary pneumonia virus testing point established by the municipal government in the surrounding cities, aiming to provide residents with more convenient quarantine services.
