She emphasized that the establishments' commitment to pay wages on time, document early leave, and reduce the wages of the worker, whether temporarily or permanently, that would guarantee the rights of both parties to the work relationship, especially as the ministry takes into consideration the value of the wages of workers fixed in the wage protection system, which comes Reflection of the employment contracts concluded between the two parties and the annexes attached thereto.
She also stressed that fulfilling the legal obligations of workers in the establishments, especially those related to remuneration, would enhance the stability of the work relationship and increase the worker’s productivity, which would positively reflect on the interests of employers.
