The decision included allowing a partial reopening of shopping centers, malls, markets and shops that will open their doors daily to the public from 12:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m., with a maximum capacity of 30% of the total capacity of visitors to shopping centers, malls and restaurants there.

The decision prohibited recreational activities and attractions activities to avoid crowds and crowds of visitors.
