In line with the decisions of the Ministry of Health and Community Protection and the National Authority for Emergency, Crisis and Disaster Management, the Supreme Committee for Crisis and Disaster Management in Dubai headed by His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum decided to partially reduce the procedures for restricting movement in the Emirate of Dubai starting tomorrow, Friday, April 24 this year, And coinciding with the advent of the blessed month of Ramadan, allowing more freedom of movement to secure basic needs without prejudice to the precautionary measures followed throughout the emirate and with the full preservation of strict application of the criteria set by the committee for how individuals move as well as the movement of activities Ongoing business authorized and vital sectors, especially service ones, and to ensure the safety and health of the community and to avoid any developments in the field of undesirable anti-virus Corona emerging (Kovid -19).   
The committee emphasized that the decision to ease restrictions on movement in Dubai came after a careful evaluation of the situation and through the committee’s study of the reports submitted to it by all executive and field bodies responsible for prevention and control in the face of the virus, which demonstrated the success of the efforts made to contain the situation, while noting that firm measures That has been taken over the past three weeks has had a major impact in controlling the general situation and avoiding an outbreak of the virus.
The Committee thanked all members of society for their complete commitment during the past period to apply safety conditions and standards, as well as the obligation not to leave the house except for the extreme necessity in accordance with the specific rules and requirements, in compliance with the statement of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, God bless him, that "everyone is responsible for everyone."
The Supreme Committee noted that restricting freedom of movement was aimed at ensuring the safety of all people and avoiding them the opportunity to transmit infection to them, while stressing the need for people to continue to adhere to preventive measures, especially spatial divergence, as partial mitigation does not mean the spread of communities, whether in private or public places, where all Violators of the established standards are the necessary legal procedures for them, as the integrity of the community remains a trust that cannot be underestimated or neglected.
The Committee expressed its deep appreciation for the efforts of the National Authority for Emergency Management, Crises and Disasters at the state level, and the honorable achievements of the first grades in the face of this incidental circumstance, stressing that despite the difficult situation facing the world today, the UAE has provided a role model in Dealing with this crisis with all wisdom and competence with guidance, follow-up, and support for good leadership, concerted efforts and integration of procedures and initiatives, and the dedication of everyone in carrying out their duties optimally, whether from individuals or private sector institutions, as well as the government sector, where the safety of people and health remain They are the objective and purpose of all what the state of efforts on various fronts.  
Daily movement  
The partial easing decision on movement restrictions in Dubai included the sectors of retail, wholesale, transportation, restaurants, hotels and offices with specific requirements while restricting movement continues completely from ten in the evening until seven in the morning and individuals are not allowed to leave the home during this period except for urgent health cases.
Individuals from the general public
- Exit from the home is prohibited from 10 pm until 6 am except for urgent health conditions.

¬ Shopping malls, malls and commercial stores
The decision includes allowing partial reopening of shopping centers, malls, markets and shops that will open their doors daily to the public from 12 noon until 10 pm, and a maximum capacity of 30% of The total capacity of visitors to the shopping centers, shops and restaurants in it.  
- Banning recreational events and activities of attractions to avoid crowding and crowds gathering   
- For parking in commercial centers and restaurants, valet parking will not be available.

- Sterilization operations will be continued continuously inside the malls and commercial stores, and the work of checking the visitors' temperatures at the entrances, wearing masks because they are a prerequisite for entering the center, as well as using sterilization materials to ensure the highest levels of protection for visitors and workers.
- Each of the malls and malls will be provided with a medical isolation room to take the necessary health action against any suspected case of HIV infection to keep everyone safe.
Not allowing adults over the age of 60 to enter and children between 3 and 12 years old.

General rules
- prohibiting the distribution of food from individuals except through the collective distribution of food under the supervision of charities and relevant government agencies.
