The UAE's assistance to the countries of the world included vital medical supplies, including gloves and surgical masks, as well as other personal protective equipment, and thousands of devices, testing units and examination equipment.

The report pointed out that the UAE, through "Etihad Airways", and the United States embassy to the country, succeeded in returning 25 American citizens to their country, who were unable to travel due to the outbreak of the new Corona virus, and the UAE embassy in Washington was one of the first donors to the center. The National Pediatrics Center, which launched the first testing site for children and young patients with the emerging coronavirus in Washington.

«World Health»: 85% of medical aid sourced from the UAE

The World Health Organization praised the efforts of the UAE to support international cooperation to combat the new Corona virus, especially the role of the International City for Humanitarian Services in Dubai.
