“Obtaining a digital pass is required for trips on any type of personal and public transport - a motorcycle, scooter, car, taxi, metro, MCC, WDC, suburban rail and ground public transport,” he wrote on his blog.
Sobyanin said that the registration of digital passes will begin on Monday, April 13.
“So far you can walk without passes, but at the same time strictly observing the established rules and restrictions,” the Moscow Mayor added.
Earlier, Sobyanin said that the situation with coronavirus in Moscow is gaining momentum, becoming more and more problematic.
