“Some of our citizens are in different places in these countries: someone lives near the airport, and someone else gets there for several hours. First of all, we will export people who are abroad as tourists, and have not lived there for a long time and are integrated into local life, infrastructure, therefore, priority is given to those who left Russia in 2020, ”Mishustin said.
