SK opened a case due to beating of an employee of the RAS in Moscow

“A criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime under subsection“ a ”, part 2 of article 115 of the Criminal Code of Russia (intentional infliction of slight harm to health), ”the statement said.

According to the investigation, on March 31, in a pharmacy on Plyushchikha Street in Moscow, a man born in 1954 during the conflict struck an 81-year-old victim who was hospitalized after the incident.

Earlier it was reported that the Investigative Committee verifies information about the beating of a scientist in the center of Moscow.
