In view of the actual difficulties encountered by Chinese students studying in the West in China alone, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, together with the Ministry of Education, the Civil Aviation Administration and other relevant departments, plans to open for those Chinese students who are in trouble and need to return to China Temporary commercial flights. The embassy and consulate in the West will sort out the list of international student passengers in accordance with domestic requirements and standards in an open, fair and just manner based on the information provided by Chinese students from all over the West:

1. Conditions and requirements

(1) It is indeed the status of a Chinese student traveling to West China and holds a residence or student visa for Spanish students.

(2) The information reported at the embassy or consulate in the West is true and reliable, and it is indeed difficult to return to China urgently.

(3) Voluntarily assume all possible risks in the process of returning home, and consciously accept the quarantine arrangements during the flight and after arriving at the destination.

(4) Take the temporary commercial flight ticket and return home segregation fee at your own expense.

(5) Passengers who have purchased tickets must go through the mini-program of the international version of the Epidemic Prevention Health Code in advance and fill in personal information, health status, recent travel and other information on a daily basis.

(6) Spanish guardians and other personnel who are minor international students cannot accompany the flight.

2. The following overseas students are not included in the scope of taking temporary commercial flights:

(1) Confirmed cases, suspected cases, persons with fever and other symptoms, and close contacts.

(2) Minor international students accompanied by parents.

(3) Public students and visiting scholars.

(4) Any diplomat and family members of the embassy or consulate in Spain (regardless of whether they are minors) or personnel of the diplomatic system studying abroad.
