Deliveries from unexpected places save the care in Enköping

Enköping municipality's appeal to share health care materials to the healthcare and care operations has received a great response.

- Last week there was a fighting stream with people who came here to submit material, says Carina Ohlén, who is one of those who takes care of the material and ensures that it is sent out where it is needed most.

"I'm surprised at people's willingness to help," she says.

Today's harvest, so far, is a bit lean - only a little overhead paper from a preschool has come in.

- Much of what we get in goes directly out and the operations are very grateful.

That the municipality needs to take this action, what does it say about emergency preparedness?

- We do not get deliveries to the extent needed right now, so we would not have done so well without people's goodwill, says Carina Ohlén.
