And the Ajman police, in cooperation with the Ajman Municipality and Planning Department, arrested an Asian oven, spitting on the dough while preparing it in a bakery in Ajman, after photographing the incident from one of the consumers.

Lawyer and legal advisor Ibrahim Al Hosani told Emirates Today that what the person who intentionally spat on the dough did during the preparation of the bread may have two assumptions or two possibilities, the first being that he is infected with an infectious disease or carriers of the Corona virus and he knows this, and in this The case, if its act constitutes the crime stipulated in Article 34 of the Law against Communicable Diseases, which states that "it is prohibited for any person who knows that he has a disease from a list of specific diseases to intentionally engage in any behavior that results in the transmission of the disease to others", and the penalty for this The crime is imprisonment for a period of up to five years, and a fine of 100,000 dirhams , Or one of the two penalties, and double the punishment in case of repetition of the act.

He added that the second possibility is that he was uninfected, or injured, and he is not aware of this, but he has another motive, pointing to previous incidents in neighboring countries for individuals of some nationalities who came similar to the incomprehensible motives, or out of hatred or chains that fill their hearts.

He said: «regardless of carrying an infectious disease, in this case he would have committed a crime that endangered the lives and health of people, punishable by imprisonment for up to three years and a fine.

He continued: «In all cases, the commission of such an act is an administrative violation of the regulations and safety requirements imposed by the municipalities on bakeries and shops specialized in the manufacture of food, and result in administrative fines and the closure of the shop.

Legal Counsel, Muhammad Rizq Al-Hafni, affirmed that the Penal Code contains articles that can be applied in relation to these actions, as Article (348) of Federal Law No. 3 of 1987 stipulates that he shall be punished with imprisonment and a fine or one of these two punishments for whoever intentionally commits an act that may endanger the life of People, their health, security, or liberties are at risk, pointing out that the penalty for imprisonment is if the act leads to harm. ”

He continued: «Article (126) of the Penal Code stipulates that committing a crime is a violation of the duties of his profession, craft, or industrial or commercial activity, and for which he is sentenced to a freedom-restricting punishment of no less than six months, the court may, upon conviction, prohibit it Practicing his work for a period not exceeding two years ».

And that Article (128) stipulates that the special cases in which the law provides for closure, the court may, upon ruling to prevent a person from performing his work in accordance with Article (126), to order the closure of the place in which this work is practiced, for a period of not less than a month nor For more than a year, the closure follows the prohibition of direct work, trade or industry itself in the same place.

The Attorney General of the State, Counselor Dr. Hamad Saif Al Shamsi, stated that violating the precautionary instructions and procedures in light of the current conditions issued by the competent authorities in the state, to limit the spread of the Corona virus as one of the communicable diseases, is a crime according to the laws of the state.
