RIA Novosti was told about this by the head of the press service of the capital’s Interior Ministry headquarters Vladimir Vasenin.

“As of April 3, 145 protocols on administrative offenses under Article 19.4 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Russia were drawn up in relation to persons who committed violations of the law related to the relevant restrictions,” he said.

According to him, the number of outdoor police outfits has been increased on the streets of the city.

Vasenin also added that so far more than 9 thousand preventive conversations have already been conducted.

“Employees pay special attention to elderly people and groups of citizens,” he emphasized.
