Residents of Banaat, Mohamed Salah, Mona Ahmed, Abdel Razek Suleiman, Mohand Bashir, Wafaa Ibrahimi, Ahmed Abdel Halim, and Hussein Radhi confirmed that they had received letters from the Buildings Department in which they lived demanding them to adhere to the new precautionary measures, and receiving all household connections, such as food and grocery purchases The hypermarket, and others, are delivery personnel, at the entrance to the building, not in front of the apartment door, to avoid non-residents entering the building and using shared facilities, such as elevators, corridors, and door handles.

They pointed out that the departments of their buildings stressed the necessity of their commitment to precautionary measures and the principle of physical distance, by apologizing, during the current period, for not receiving guests, limiting those inside the apartment to family members only, and preventing any gathering even between the residents of the building themselves, in addition to preventing the exit Children went to the building's corridors to play, noting that the administration had suspended panels on the glass doors of the entrances to the buildings, specifying the groups allowed to enter the building.

The messages received by the residents emphasized the need to use sterilization methods when using the common facilities in the building, especially the elevators, and that the number of elevator users not exceed two people, to achieve the distance between individuals, and that the use of each time is limited to one family, as it is not currently allowed to participate In the lifts.

It also called for taking all necessary preventive measures, such as wearing masks and gloves when leaving and entering, or receiving requests in front of the building entrance, in order to preserve health, sterilize all requests received with sterilizers, dispose of external bags in public garbage containers outside the building, and not to enter the apartment.

Officials in the real estate management offices, Bashar Yahya, Muhammad Mustafa, and Adham Abdullah, told «Emirates Today» that the measures announced by their offices are aimed at preserving the health of the residents, noting the need to adhere to the preventive requirements announced by the health authorities in the state.

They said that the offices do not intend to restrict the freedom of the residents, but rather to protect them and their families, especially with the presence of elderly people and chronic disease owners in buildings.
