Imprisoned a driver who molested his neighbor's wife in the kitchen

A criminal court in Dubai sentenced to three months imprisonment and deportation the right of an Asian driver for harassing his neighbor’s wife in a shared residence.

The wife of the victim said in the investigations of the Public Prosecution in Dubai, that she lives with her husband and two sons in a shared housing, which is a villa consisting of six rooms, bathrooms, and one common kitchen for the entire population, pointing out that there are six other families who live with them in the villa itself.

She added that at the time of the accident, she was alone in the kitchen, preparing the food, and infiltrating the accused without noticing him, and hugging her from behind, so she quickly turned around and told him, saying, "Do not be disturbed, it is normal" and then moved away a little, indicating that she tried to hit him However, he apologized and asked her to forgive him, then he left immediately.

She indicated that she went to her room and the accused came again and asked her not to report him, and to forgive him for his behavior in order to preserve his future, but she called her husband and informed him of what happened, so the police officers came and arrested the accused.

For his part, a witness from Dubai Police said that a report was received to the command and control room of the General Operations Department of a woman being harassed in a villa in Al Rashidiya.

The witness added that he summoned the defendant who admitted that he entered the kitchen while the woman was present, and accidentally touched his hand, and did not intend this, and denied that he embraced her, indicating that the defendant later stated that the woman was wearing the distinctive dress of her country, but he was tight and showed her charms, so a report was edited. The incident and refer the accused to the prosecution.

In turn, the Public Prosecution referred the accused to the criminal court for allegedly violating the offer, and the court sentenced him to three months imprisonment and deportation after serving the sentence.
