Dibba Al-Fujairah Municipality implemented intensive control campaigns on markets in the city and its regions, which resulted in the confiscation of 700 fake and anonymous masks, and it was found that they did not meet the specifications and standards approved in the country.
The general manager of the municipality, Engineer Hassan Salem Al-Yamahi, said that the municipality is taking all necessary measures to counter the exploitation of some of the current conditions, pointing out that some weak souls are taking advantage of the increasing demand by consumers to buy masks, and trying to sell fake products, stressing that the municipality will not tolerate Any establishment that does not comply with health laws and requirements, and will take the necessary measures against it.
The municipality has appealed to individuals to report immediately any violations they detect in various outlets by calling the emergency office number (092443399), which works around the clock, to take legal measures against violators.
