The decree stipulated the application of an exemption from the government fees prescribed for the services of granting a work permit to the facility for 24 hours during the days of the week or for additional hours in the emirate, for a period of one year, and the activities covered by this exemption are determined by a decision issued by the head of the Department of Economic Development, and the issuance or renewal of the classification of tourist and hotel establishments In the emirate, until the date of next December 31, and licensing of tourist and hotel establishments in the emirate, until the end of the year, and permission, postponement or cancellation of activities in the emirate, until the end of the year, and the parking of vehicles in the areas designated in the emirate, until the end of April.

The owners of the franchise rights "contracted" with the Transport Authority are also exempted from the fees of the Taxi Concession Agreement in the Emirate by 50%, until the date of 30/6/2020.

The fees prescribed for the following government services are reduced by the percentages and times set for each of them: public cleaning services by 30% until the end of next December, ratification of rental contracts (commercial and residential) by 20% until the end of next June, permits for downloads and commercial offers by 50% until the end of Next June.

The Emiri Decree authorized the President of the Executive Council of the Emirate to issue an extension of the exemption and reduction periods according to what he deems appropriate.
