His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, today instructed the Abu Dhabi Health Department to establish “from the vehicle” survey centers to examine the new Corona virus “Covid-19” nationwide, similar to the specifications of the center that opened Yesterday in Zayed Sports City in Abu Dhabi.
Within 10 days, the centers will be established in Dubai and Sharjah (also serving Ajman and Umm Al Quwain), in Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah and in the city of Al Ain and Al Dhafra, to provide rapid and high-efficiency examination services using the latest medical devices for citizens and residents at the country level.
Contact numbers and appointment booking mechanisms will also be announced before the centers open.
The launch of the centers comes within the framework of the wise leadership's keenness on the safety of community members and reassurance of their health, and within the measures and procedures implemented by the United Arab Emirates to prevent and limit the spread of the virus.
