Yesterday, heavy rain or heavy rain occurred in parts of northeast Sichuan, Chongqing, northeastern Guizhou, central and eastern Hubei, Hunan, northwest of Jiangxi, central and southern Anhui, central and southern Jiangsu, Shanghai, central and western Zhejiang, northern Guangdong, and eastern Guangxi. Stronger cold air continues to affect our country

Affected by the strong cold air, from 08:00 on the 27th to 20:00 on the 28th, there were 4 to 6 winds in central and eastern Inner Mongolia, northern North China, northeastern China, southern Huanghuai, Jianghuai, Jianghan, Jiangnan, and northern central China. The gusts are 7-9, and the daily average or minimum temperature in parts of the northeast, east Jianghuai, Jianghan, Chongqing, central and eastern Guizhou, southern Jiangnan, and northern central South China dropped by 6-10 ° C. Among them, southwest Hubei, In central and western Hunan, southeast Guizhou, southern Anhui, northwestern Jiangxi, northwestern Zhejiang and other places, the temperature can reach 12 ° C or more.

On the morning of the 28th, the minimum temperature in central and northern Hebei, Beijing, and most of Shanxi will drop to 0 ° C or below; on the 29th, the minimum temperature in Jianghuai, Jianghan, and north-central Jiangnan will be 4-9 ° C. Strong rainfall and strong convection in Jiangnan and South China

On the 27th, there were moderate to heavy rains, local heavy rains, and strong convective weather such as thunderstorms or hail in parts of the southwest, east of Jianghan, west and south of Jianghuai, most of southern Jiangnan, and most of southern China. Among them, northeast Guangxi, northern Guangdong, southwestern Jiangxi, northern Fujian, and southwestern parts of the region will have 8 to 10 thunderstorms or hailstorms; in addition, northwest and central Guangxi, northern and western Guangdong, southern Hunan, In some parts of northern Fujian and other places, there will be short-term heavy precipitation weather, with an hourly rain intensity of 20-40 mm, and the local area can reach more than 50 mm. The Central Meteorological Observatory continued to issue blue warnings of strong convective weather at 06:00 on March 27.

In addition, from the night of the 28th to the 31st, there will be a process of moderate to heavy rain and local heavy rain in Jianghan, Jiangnan, and northern South China. The local area is accompanied by strong convective weather such as short-term thunderstorms and winds.

Specific forecast for the next three days

From 08:00 on March 27 to 08:00 on March 28, there were light to moderate snow or sleet in the western and southern Xinjiang Basin and western and northern Tibet. Among them, there were heavy snowstorms in the western southern Xinjiang Basin and western Tibet ( 10-19 mm). There were moderate to heavy rain in parts of the eastern Sichuan Basin, central and northern Chongqing, western and southern Jianghuai, most of southern Jiangnan, northern southern China, and central and eastern China. Among them, northeast Guangxi, northern and southwestern Guangdong, northern Fujian, and southern Zhejiang There is heavy rain (50-90 mm) on the ground. Heavy snow (5-7 mm) was found in parts of eastern Qinghai and southwestern Gansu. Light to moderate rain occurred in parts of the southeast of Tibet, the southwest of the northwestern region, the western part of the Huanghuai region, the majority of the Jianghuai region, Jianghan, most of the Jiangnan region, the northern and eastern parts of the Southwestern region, southern China, and Taiwan Island. Heavy rain (25-30 mm) occurred in parts of northern Hunan and other places. In areas of central and eastern Inner Mongolia, northern Liaoning, eastern Qinghai, central Shaanxi, and Zhejiang, there were 4 to 5 winds (see Figure 3).

There were moderate to heavy rain in parts of southern Jianghuai, southern Jiangsu, southern Jianghan, most of southern Jiangnan, eastern Guizhou, and northern South China.
