DRC: Kinshasa's intermittent total confinement postponed

In the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), the intermittent total confinement of Kinshasa which was due to start on Saturday March 28 has been postponed. The communication service of the city hall of the capital has just announced it. According to the Kinshasa town hall, the postponement was taken because of the speculation noted on the prices of basic necessities. It is also a question of preventing acts likely to create insecurity.
