Certain businesses are authorized to open until 3 p.m .: food, pharmacy, bank and hairdresser, but in the morning, their access will be reserved for people over 65.

" Life must remain livable "

" Life has to stay livable, " said Viktor Orban on the radio. "There is no question of a total confinement where the silence would be such that you would hear a fly fly, " he added. Violations will be punished by fines of up to 1,500 euros.

" I ask the police first of all to do pedagogy to convince the Hungarians to respect the rules, " added Viktor Orban who said he was inspired by the measures taken by the region of Bavaria in Germany.
