Strong winds and rain and snow in northern areas yesterday

Yesterday, rainfall (snow) or sleet of 1 to 8 mm occurred in parts of northern and central North China, western Northeast China and southern Ningxia, northern Shaanxi, and central and eastern Inner Mongolia. There was light snow or sleet in parts of the southern Xinjiang Basin, western Tibet, western Qinghai, Hexi, Gansu, and central Ningxia from 08:00 to 08:00 on March 27th. There were moderate to heavy rains in the northeast of the southwest, most of Jianghan, most of Jiangnan, central South China, and Taiwan Island.
