Lawyer Dr. Raed Al-Awlaki considered that the second paragraph of Article 17 of Federal Law No. 27 of 1981 regarding the prevention of communicable diseases, stipulates that he be punished by imprisonment for a period not exceeding six months, and by a fine not exceeding 5,000 dirhams or one of these two penalties, as it stipulated that In the event of an epidemic of cholera, smallpox, plague, typhoid, recurrent fever, cerebrovascular disease or any of the dangerous diseases that are issued by a decision of the Council of Ministers, the competent minister may take special measures in this regard, and to order alongside what is stipulated in this law to take measures The following: Organizing entry and exit Li-infested areas, to prevent or restrict gatherings or celebrations of the establishment of private and public, and to determine the number of public passenger vehicles and other means of transport, and to take appropriate health measures concerning the regulation of markets, roads and other public places. He pointed out that the law must be enforced strictly, and control by the competent authorities should be imposed on the areas identified by the closure decision.
