A young activist for the rights of undocumented migrants was tried on Tuesday before the criminal court of Rennes for having sexually assaulted a migrant, reports Ouest-France . The facts took place on February 16, 2019 at the home of the accused with whom the victim was temporarily accommodated.
In an irregular situation, the migrant would have been forced to give a massage to his 27-year-old host before he touched his private parts. Denying the facts, the defendant left the hearing before the end of the proceedings, the daily said. Described as "mythomaniac" by his former roommate, the young activist was sentenced to eight months suspended prison.
