Draft on punishment for violations during voting under the Constitution submitted to the State Duma

“Today, a bill has been introduced in the State Duma introducing criminal liability for violations during the nationwide vote - the draft federal law“ On Amending the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation, ”the press service said.

Earlier, the CEC talked about the voting procedure for amendments to the Constitution.

On February 27, the State Duma committee approved the amendment to vote on the Constitution on April 22.
