The new segment of Microsoft's popular Flight Simulator 2020 flight simulator, which was unveiled last year, will join any airport on the ground.

The developer of this game "Asobu Studio" has put a great deal of work into this very realistic game, and now offers players the opportunity to travel anywhere on the planet.

There are 37,000 airports on the ground, all designed manually in the game to look exactly like their real-world counterparts. In addition, additional attention has been paid to detail to the more frequent 80 airports.

Osobo Studio revealed all this in a YouTube video. As the previous game was celebrated with 24,000 airports in it, so this addition in Flight Simulator 2020 is a big jump.

Airports will also be more vital to make them more realistic. The game will show things you might actually see at the airport, such as service vehicles making their way and workers performing their duties at the airport.

All this is part of the company’s commitment to make the simulation realistic. This was accomplished through the use of real satellite imagery.

Leading game designer Sven Mestas explained to Lad Pebble how the team used both ping maps, as well as Microsoft Azure cloud technology to create terrain and buildings.

"In order to reach a new level of reality in flight simulation, we needed a new approach," Mstas said. "That is why we decided to design airports from real satellite imagery. This technology involves designing each airport manually, which means paying special attention to detail." For each of them, to bring it closer to reality. "

The end result is a game very similar to the truth.
