“There was an absolutely clear agreement that the new meeting should summarize what was discussed at the previous meeting,” Grushko quotes RBC.

He explained that "this concerns the re-establishment of forces, a ceasefire, clearance, exchange of prisoners, the introduction of the Steinmeier formula in (Ukrainian. - RT ) legislation and some other things."

He noted that the main condition for holding the next summit is "progress on a set of agreements - both on the security track and on the political track."

According to him, Moscow will continue to insist on compliance with the agreements already reached.

The diplomat noted that "it is possible to gather, but if there are no changes for the better on the earth, then the benefits of such meetings are very doubtful."

Earlier, Russian leader Vladimir Putin and Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky over the phone discussed preparations for the next meeting of the Norman Four leaders.
