The conference will bring together people who are identified as young leaders and other community actors in order to reduce conflicts in violent areas.
The conference is already packed with waiting list and the method of reducing conflicts is taken from a former war-affected area - Northern Ireland.
- The conflicts are not something the Fryshuset can solve, or the police for that matter. It requires a joint effort from the community, says Colin Craig, peace and conflict manager raised in Northern Ireland.
