The coordination of Egyptian political forces abroad organized a photo exhibition entitled "The Military Coup at the Beginning of the Century Deal" in Sisli Square in Istanbul, Turkey, as part of the activities commemorating the ninth anniversary of the January 25 Revolution, and the departure of former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak.

The event witnessed the presence of a large number of members of the Egyptian community in Turkey and the presence of a number of Egyptian political figures and leaders of political coalitions and movements, with the participation of the National Alliance to Support Legitimacy, the Egyptian Revolutionary Council, the Women Against the Coup Movement, and the Egyptian Forum "Parliamentarians for Freedom".

Pictures of a number of martyrs of the January Revolution, martyrs of freedom in Egypt, pictures of Egypt’s squares, and banners carrying words rejecting the US peace plan, known in the media as the Deal of the Century announced by President Donald Trump last week, were displayed.

For his part, Ahmed Abu El-Ella, one of the organizing youth, stressed that the idea of ​​the exhibition came as a reaction to reject the Trump deal announced by Trump and endorsed by the leader of the military coup, Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi, adding, "Were it not for Sisi’s complicity in his military coup, this century deal would not have been announced." .

Abu El-Ela explained in exclusive statements to Al-Jazeera Net that the exhibition contained pictures of the massacres committed by Sisi, with international support, as well as pictures of the Al-Aqsa Mosque and the entire map of Palestine, in a clear rejection by the Egyptians of this deal and its terms.

For her part, Asmaa Mohab, a spokeswoman for the Women Against the Coup movement, said that the movement participated in this exhibition with many of the revolution forces abroad on the anniversary of Mubarak's stepping down and within the activities of the January 25 anniversary, in order to revive the spirit of the revolution and spread hope again in the hearts of its children.

Asmaa indicated - in exclusive statements to Al Jazeera Net on the sidelines of her participation in the illustrated exhibition - that the demands of the January revolution were not completed but witnessed the killing, displacement and arrest of everyone who called for her demands, and with the killing of the first elected president after the revolution (President Mohamed Morsi), it became an obligation of political movements Abroad, work on spreading the Egyptian cause and introducing it, according to its expression.

Asma stressed that the aim of the photo exhibition in which the movement participated in, is to come in a different form to introduce detainees in Egyptian prisons by displaying their photos and the nature of their struggle, to introduce them, stressing that the picture is more than a thousand letters.
