All participants in the international conference on Libya in Berlin said on Sunday that they wanted a political solution to the conflict. They demand that the UN arms embargo be respected.
"We have made progress through dialogue with Marshal Haftar and Prime Minister Saraj," said German Chancellor Angela Merkel after the conference.
