Since 2015, the man has had two passenger cars with dual command and at the same time he has had 15 supervisor permits for exercise driving. The cars have gone about 4,000 miles a year - something that the Swedish Tax Agency believes is far more than normal for a household.

The Swedish Tax Agency has investigated the man and discovered that in 2017 and 2018 he received a large number of swish payments to his bank account of either SEK 250, or a sum divisible of 250 or SEK 300 or a sum divisible by 300.

Several of the swish payments have been made in connection with the persons having done theory or driving tests.

Forced to pay money

According to the Swedish Tax Agency, it is likely that the man has practiced driving with students for payment and the annual turnover for this is estimated to be SEK 500,000.

But no driving school activities have been registered and the man is now forced to repay just over SEK 640,000 to the Swedish Tax Agency.

He himself denies that he has run any business relating to driving school and considers the decision to be wrong.
