A complaint against X and against the State

"The criminal responsibility of the police officer who threw a dice-throwing grenade at the origin of serious injuries seems to me to have to be examined within the framework of judicial information allowing to offer all the guarantees both to the victim and to to the accused police officer, "he added in an email.

The young man had filed a complaint against X and against the state. Twenty-four people were killed during the demonstrations of "yellow vests", according to the count of the independent journalist David Dufresne.
