"The ceremonial ritual of the first hoisting of the Russian Navy flag at the newest sea minesweeper Vladimir Emelyanov of project 12700, built for the Navy at the Sredne-Nevsky Shipyard, took place in Baltiysk," RIA Novosti reports.
It is noted that "Vladimir Emelyanov" successfully completed a set of state tests at the ranges of the Baltic Fleet.
At the end of September, the new generation 12700 mine defense ship went to factory sea trials.
