28 December 201917.38 Sue Lyon, "Lolita" of Stanley Kubrick's 1962 film, based on the novel of the same name by Nabokov, died at 73. That role made Sue Lyon a Hollywood promise, making her play other roles as a young temptress. She worked with John Huston in "The Night of the Iguana" (1964), with John Ford in "Mission to Manchuria". But once adolescence was over, success lessened.
