28 December 201921.12 Three people were burned in an explosion in an apartment on the second floor of a building in Terni, in Umbria. Two of the burn victims are Nigerians while the third is an Italian who had gone to visit them. Nobody is in danger of life. The neighbors heard a loud roar and a wall of the house was literally knocked down in the explosion. The cause could be a cylinder of LPG gas present in the home.
