The Administrative Judicial Court ruled, on Saturday, not to accept the lawsuit demanding the authorities to withdraw decorations, appeals, reservations, confiscation of properties owned by former Egyptian President Mohamed Hosni Mubarak and his two sons Alaa and Gamal, and to compel him to return all the sums he collects as a monthly salary for appeals and decorations, after his conviction in the media-known case To "presidential palaces," according to the Middle East News Agency, "ASA".

The lawsuit evaluator had stated that the former president and his two sons faced a final and final ruling from the Court of Cassation, with a 3-year prison sentence and 147 million pounds, to convict them of seizing this amount from the financial allocations for the presidential palaces.

The lawsuit stated that the "final" ruling has important legal, political and military implications, as the charge he was involved in is harmful to the honor and honesty and leads to challenging his financial liability and depriving him of all the rights granted to him by the law, the foremost of which is preventing him from exercising any political rights, whether for him or His two sons, Alaa and Gamal, have the right to run for election or to hold a government or public position, among others.

She added that the ruling leads to depriving Mubarak of the value of the pension he is receiving as a former president of the republic, or a former commander of the Egyptian Air Force, as well as depriving him of holding a military funeral upon his death, and withdrawing all military decorations and medals he obtained during his service to the army and his role in the October war, explaining that Mubarak and his two sons must pay the value of the fine determined by the ruling.
