Al-Naimi said that the authority is currently seeking to add the largest possible number of specialties and doctors in private sector hospitals and clinics, pointing to the addition of about 900 doctors in various medical specialties in these facilities.
He confirmed the authority’s orientation to include private healthcare facilities in Dubai in the project during the next year.
Al-Naimi explained that the Dubai Health Booking platform allows residents and visitors inside and outside the country to book a direct medical appointment with a doctor in clinics and public and private hospitals in Dubai, through the Dubaihealthbooking.com website, or the smart application (DHB) ), Available on both the Apple and Google Play stores.
He pointed out that the project translates the authority’s plan and strategy for smart transformation and achieving the goals of Dubai smart, through the use of smart technologies and solutions in reserving and managing direct medical appointments, around the clock, throughout the week.

Al-Naimi said that the smart platform is characterized by the ease of smart search for doctors, medical specialties, or health facilities.
