Disrupted traffic - again - the day after Christmas. The strike against the pension reform continues to destabilize the journey of travelers, Thursday, December 26, while SNCF and RATP announced on Wednesday, one TGV out of two in circulation, and five lines of the Paris metro closed.

As for SNCF, traffic will remain "heavily disrupted" with on average one TGV on 2, one Transilien on 5 and four TER on 10. International traffic will also remain "disrupted" and only one Intercités train on four will circulate.

SNCF, which had also indicated that it intended to run 6 TGV out of 10 for the crossover weekend of the Christmas holidays, recalls that "all trains open for booking on oui.sncf, until December 29 included, are guaranteed to circulate ".

"Favor another mode of transport"

RATP side, little innovation. Five metro lines will remain closed in Paris on Thursday and only automatic lines 1 and 14, as well as the Orlyval line, will operate normally.

Lines 3, 4, 7, 8, 9 and 10 will be partially operated during peak hours, 2 and 11 will be open for the morning peak and 12 for the evening peak.

One in two RERs will run on line A, as well as one in 3 on B, during peak hours.

Two out of three buses will run, and tram traffic will be "close to normal".

"Given the persistent risk of saturation of the network, in particular on the Châtelet-Les Halles pole", the RATP "invites all travelers who have the possibility to postpone their trips or to favor another mode of transport".
