She said that the Proactive Services Department team worked according to a clear methodology to develop ideas, experiences and service models and unify the channels of their provision, in partnership with the community, and in coordination with federal and local government agencies, with the aim of creating service packages that positively reflect on the quality of life of individuals and society in the UAE.

This came during a meeting of the leadership team of the virtual management of proactive government services in the “Ministry of the Impossible” headed by Al-Roumi, who discussed the future of proactive services, and mechanisms for designing new and innovative services within integrated packages that facilitate the lives of customers and enhance the efficiency of government work.
