Saab has received an order from the Swedish Defense Material Agency, FMV. The order is for support and maintenance by Gripen for the first half of 2020. According to a press release from Saab, the order is worth around SEK 450 million.

"The order is crucial to ensure efficient operation and availability of Gripen," said Ellen Molin, Business Area Manager for Support and Services at Saab in the press release.

The order covers, for example, design, support, repairs and spare parts for Gripen. The work will be carried out at Saab's operations in Linköping, Järfälla, Arboga, Gothenburg, Huskvarna and Östersund.
