Turkey has officially included the Palestinian and Fatah leader Muhammad Dahlan on the wanted newsletter.

A statement of the Turkish Interior Ministry said on Friday that it would award a prize worth ten million Turkish liras (1.7 million dollars) to whoever is reported.

The statement pointed out that Dahlan was included in the red list on charges of contributing to the latest coup attempt in the country that took place on July 15, 2016 in partnership with Fathallah Gulen, and trying to overthrow the constitutional system, and the disclosure of information and international espionage.

In April, Turkish security forces arrested two Palestinians linked to Dahlan on charges of spying for the Emirates in which Dahlan resided.

A year ago, the Turkish newspaper "Yeni Shafak" spoke about the active role of the dismissed leader of the Fatah movement in the murder of Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi at his country's consulate in Istanbul, Turkey, on November 2, 2018.

The newspaper, then, citing a source described as well-informed, reported that a team of four people connected with Dahlan arrived in Turkey from Lebanon one day before the murder, and entered the Saudi consulate on the day of the Saudi journalist’s liquidation, and made an attempt to erase the rational evidence of the crime carried out by a Saudi security team .
