In a trial in which an official of the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry, whose heart was female and whose body was diagnosed as male gender identity disorder, complained that it was unfair discrimination that women's toilets were not allowed in the workplace. On the 12th, the country decided not to allow the use of toilets and it was illegal, and a ruling was issued to order the country to compensate for over 1.3 million yen.

Mr. Kato, Minister of Health, Labor and Welfare, said at a press conference after the cabinet meeting, "It is our task and mission to create a society where all people, including gender identity disorders, can live with peace of mind."
