The Civil Guard has arrested the 26-year-old boy who, at dawn, skipped a breath control on the A-6 and in the flight ended up dipping his car in the pool of a nursery in Las Rozas.

Research sources have reported that the detainee is a 26-year-old Spanish man who has also tested positive for the breathalyzer control performed.

The young man is charged with three crimes: one of reckless driving, another against traffic safety for alcohol consumption and another for damage.

This young man travels with a companion in a black Volkswagen Golf and skipped a breathalyzer control at kilometer 15 of the A-6, which alerted the Civil Guard, who began looking for the car in the area.

The vehicle was located, submerged, inside a Las Rozas pool on Jilguero street, with the copilot still inside.

Firefighters helped in the rescue of this man from inside the vehicle, which was submerged in the water, detailed Emergencies Community of Madrid 112. Meanwhile, the driver was located in the vicinity.

The first inquiries point out that in his flight the car hit a curb that led him to take the fence of the nursery to finish in the pool.

The two occupants of the vehicle, with minor injuries, were taken to the Puerta de Hierro hospital in Majadahonda.

The Local Police of Las Rozas, the Firefighters of the Community of Madrid and the Municipal Assistance, Emergency and Rescue Service (SAMER) participated in an incident that is being investigated by the Civil Guard.
