Samdri says he has been thinking about the Nobel party for a long time and thinks it is exciting to be part of such a big dinner with serving. And it's really no small party. 1,400 people will be served in a meticulously planned schedule.

He himself is most looking forward to the parade down when the dessert is to be served.

Everyone who serves has been given strict orders about what clothing applies. They have also been security checked. Although Samdri is a used waiter, this mission breaks off a bit from his everyday life.
- We will serve from dishes that were made in the 70s and 80s. But nowadays you don't do it so it becomes something new, says Samdri.
