Google has announced the launch of a new chat function in the Google photos app in order to facilitate sharing photos with friends, family and acquaintances without the need for any links.
The American company explained that besides sharing photos via live albums or shared albums, the user can through the new chat function easily share photos with some friends exclusively, after users complained about the difficulty of sharing pictures sometimes except by creating an additional album and sharing Its link with friends.
Now the user can share photos and videos in the current chat and add or comment on the photo, in addition to the ability to save the image by adding it to the user's gallery, and the image quality remains unrestricted when sending.
And Google confirmed that it does not aim through the new chat function to replace the current instant messaging applications, but it makes it easier for the user to share memories with family and friends in the Google Photos application.
