■■ An Arab accountant took advantage of his experience in an exchange company, and carried out a fraud on a company he was dealing with at that time, after he convinced its owner of the possibility of making financial transfers to it at a lower price than the market, as he works for a local bank, and seized him from 183 thousand dirhams.

A witness, Evidence, an accountant at the victim's company, said that the employees dealt with the accused while he was working for an exchange company, and after a while he informed them that he left work and joined a local bank, at the branch at Al Maktoum Airport, and said that he could make money transfers with fees Discounted.

He added that it was agreed with the accused to transfer an amount of 183 thousand dirhams, and he went to him on the morning of the incident at the airport, so the accused received him abroad, entered together, and there was a site under maintenance, so he told him that the branch of the office would be here, and he went to an office that told him that it was temporary, There, the security employee stopped him, so the accused told him that he possessed amounts of money and wanted to transfer them, so he was allowed to enter, and sat in a room with tables with computers and counting machines, and the bank logo appeared on the existing computer screen, as the defendant was putting on his chest an employee’s bank card Then he handed him the amount.

He pointed out that the accused presented him with a receipt for the amount and he had a receipt stamp, and he told him that the transaction takes two days to complete, and after the expiration of the period he did not transfer the amount, so they tried to communicate with the accused, and found his phone constantly closed, so he went to the same branch, met another employee of the same bank, and asked him about the transfer , And he offered him the receipt, so he told him that the transfer was incorrect.
