The accident was alerted just before 7 pm on Saturday. According to Örjan Stenlund, internal commander of the rescue service in Medelpad, a car has come driving from the industrial area and driven out towards the large roundabout that goes above the E4.
- There you have driven straight for some reason. It is a height difference down to E4, you have landed with your nose in the ditch at E4, says Örjan Stenlund to SVT.
It is a height difference of several meters, but not free fall without a slope, according to Stenlund.
Five vehicles from the emergency services were alerted to the scene, and two ambulances. First and foremost, the emergency services vehicles were used to secure the location on E4 for the rescue work.
Three people went in the car in question, and according to Örjan Stenlund, all three were taken to health care. The damage situation is not known.
