WASHINGTON (Reuters) - The United States knows where the third person is in the leadership rankings after ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, who was killed last month in a US-led raid, President Donald Trump said on Tuesday.

"We have an eye on his third man," Trump said during a question-and-answer session after a speech at the New York Economic Club. "This third man is in big trouble because we know where he is."

On October 27, Trump announced the liquidation of Baghdadi, saying the operation lasted two hours and involved eight helicopters.

He pointed out that the US military did not lose any of its forces during the process of targeting Baghdadi, while many of his companions were killed.
