A few dozen protesters entered Tuesday evening in the courtyard of the Ministry of Higher Education, at a rally against student precariousness.

While many students demonstrated Tuesday across France in support of the 22-year-old student who immolated Friday in Lyon, a rally was also held in Paris in the evening in front of Crous de Port-Royal, in the 5th arrondissement. Some participants then went on a wild demonstration and forced the grids of the Ministry of Higher Education, reported several journalists present on site.

The event started in front of Crous de Port-Royal in the early evening. Hundreds of people gathered there to challenge the authorities on the precariousness among students and support the student of 22 years still between life and death after immolating Friday in Lyon, a gesture that the latter explains by its financial difficulties.

"Vidal resignation!"

Part of the protesters then went to the Ministry of Higher Education, in a wild protest. Some participants managed to open the gates of the Ministry, briefly entering the courtyard, shouting "Vidal resignation!", Before leaving the scene at the arrival of the police.
