On the other hand, Minister of Infrastructure Development, Dr. Abdullah Belhaif Al Nuaimi, said that the Ministry, in cooperation with the concerned authorities, has started to prepare studies to cover the needs of the regions of dams and bridges.
Sa'id al-Yamahi, a resident of al-Tuwaiyin, said that the people of the area are suffering continuously through the passages of the Yacht and Shiriyah valleys, which impede traffic in al-Hayer, al-Khub and al-Mayyah areas. He added that a company had recently carried out construction work that required digging the area that crosses the valleys, but the completion of the company left the pit posing a great danger to the people of the region, especially in times of heavy rain, where the valley passes, filling the entire pit, causing a risk in the case of vehicles crossing Above it when the flow of the valley fades, not to show its location.
