HFAB evokes a woman who screams gender words in the apartment

The woman has motivated the behavior that she found out about her husband being unfaithful, and that she was therefore in a temporary crisis. The screams must have been directed at the unfaithful man, not intended to disturb the neighbors.

However, HFAB has argued that the behavior was not temporary. For a period of just over ten months, the unpleasant noises must have come in from neighbors and into the stairwell.

The verdict shows that HFAB tried in vain to get the woman to quit the behavior.

According to the rental committee, the woman has exposed her neighbors to "unacceptable disturbances", which is a legal basis for the termination of the lease.
